Our current credit card online processing service is no good.

We need to find a new credit card online processing service. Our current credit card services charge way too much and their system goes down a lot. So there are times our customers are really unhappy with our check out process. We want to find a credit card online processing service that the fees are reasonable and the service has a back up system so we are never down. We firmly believe that when we pay f or credit card services they should be available to us at all times. We have even complained to our current credit card processing service and they just say that is the way it is. We are though with the old and want to find a new company who can provide reliable credit card services.
